We are available at any time during the rental period.

The gardener comes once a week to look after the pool and the green areas.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. If necessary, a change of linen and towels can be ordered separately for €10/person.

Rules

• There is a strict ban on smoking throughout the entire house
• No pets No bachelorette parties or big parties
• If there is any damage, please report it to the landlord directly
• No open fires inside closed rooms
• When leaving the finca, please switch off the air conditioning/heating
• Always throw away trash
